SEARCH MLS data with Florida Buyer Broker. Not on the seller agents sites. The sellers agent will tell the seller all they learn about your financial ability and motivation to buy. You may have called or emailed the seller’s listing agent requesting more information on a property. The seller’s agent asks you qualifying questions about your price range, financial ability and motivation to buy. The same thing is true when you go to open houses unaccompanied by a buyer broker or buyers agent. Florida Buyer Broker accompanies buyers to open houses and new developments.
Buyers often tell the seller’s agent the amount they have just received for the sale of another property! Once you show interest a property the seller and their agent become less likely to lower the price. Of course, they will be anticipating your arrival to buy the property.
When you search MLS data for property with Florida Buyer Broker, your confidentiality and motivation to buy remain confidential. You have more negotiating leverage when you make your offer.
You can search MLS data for homes, condominiums or vacant land on the link below and access. This data connects to the REALTOR® MLS data. You will be able to and SAVE a profile when you search MLS data. A morning report will generate to alert you to new listings and price changes which meet the MLS data criteria you enter.
- Sign in to search MLS data by click this link SEARCH MLS REALTOR® DATA BASE (Search MLS data in Naples, Ft Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Marco Island, Sanibel Island and nearby areas)
- Once the page appears, on the right side of the page you will see a box that says “Search Like and Agent” and under that “Get your FREE Listingbook Account Here.” You will need to enter your name and email address in the blanks at the right side of the page and choose a user name and password.
- After you set up your basic criteria and SAVE it, you will be emailed the link to access the Listingbook system. You must log back into the system to activate the automatic notification which will send you new listings and price changes. The log in box is located UNDER the box which ask for your name and email address. You do not need to re-enter your name and email address just your user name and password.
To search MLS listings give yourself at least 15 or 20 minutes to set up your search criteria. You can always change your search criteria when you log back into the system. You can leave notes or questions in the by a property and the system will email me to let me know you have a question. The notes are not viewable by the seller’s listing agent. Please allow at least 24 hours for an answer or call me directly at 1-800-283-7393 or 1-239-601-2013 if you need an immediate response or information on a property you like.
Searching the MLS system lets you keep track of the listings you are most interested in by choosing “favorites.” I can then review them and your notes in the future. This helps me know what you like and helps when setting up your showing agenda for your buying trip.
