The COVID-19 Crisis will come to an end. The sooner the better for all of us. In the meantime, we need to be GOOD SOLDIERS AND STAY HOME WHENEVER POSSIBLE.  

OUR PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ASKED MOST OF US TO “SHELTER IN” VOLUNTARILY IN EARLY MARCH 2020.

We ALL need to follow our Federal Governments instructions to keep the COVID-19 from spreading. 

Business closures have been motivated by lack of customers because NO ONE WANTS TO GET SICK, so people are staying home.

Todays’ hero’s are your doctors and nurses and other essential service personal who are putting their lives on the front line to work with the COVID-19 patients and to provide essential services during the Pandemic.

In the meantime, unless a house falls thru a sink hole, (Some areas of Florida are prone to Sinkholes),  FLORIDA REAL ESTATE IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE, IT IS GOING TO STAY EXACTLY WHERE IT IS UNTIL COVID-19 THREAT TO OUR COMMUNITIES IS OVER.

Florida will always be the most desired tropical paradise destination for retirees, second homeowners and tourist on the continent of the US.  If you are looking for sunshine and a wonderful place to live Florida has the best to offer.

However, the Covid-19 Pandemic is NOT a time for sellers to have strangers go through their homes. It is not a time for agents to meet anyone at a vacant property to let them when there is no assurance the property was properly cleaned and disinfected between showings. 

Our full time population is the lifeblood of the State of Florida. Our Senior  retirement population is dependent upon our younger population for services every day.  Many of our SENIORS have a hard time understanding why THEY should JUST STAY HOME right now and not go to the beach, gym or to play golf. 

Most people do not understand the simple fact that this disease is NOT JUST ABOUT THEM but as much about the OTHER PEOPLE who they come in contact.  

We have ALL BEEN ENCOURAGED TO WEAR SOME KIND OF MASK.  As crazy as this sounds to some of us, well, it just makes good sense to try to protect yourself and others by doing what we are told to do in order to STAY WELL.

The Coronavirus Pandemic has the potential to be a REAL CRISIS IN Florida.   We are a month behind Louisiana with our SPRING BEACH parties ending around March 25th, 2020.  Remember it was already Spring Break when this started.  The schools closed because of COVID-19 all over the State and the US.  For some time those students and their families congregated on the beaches in large numbers with the Spring Breakers ALL over the beaches in ALL the beach resort communities in Florida.
