   Bonita Springs is located on the Gulf of Mexico. 

Bonita is North of Naples and South of Ft. Myers and Estero.  Located on the US 41 Highway the area is growing fast.  There are  with many new shops and restaurants. Bonita Beach offers public and State park access to at Barefoot Beach Preserve.  Bonita Beach Road connects to Hickory Blvd. which gives easy access to the Fort Myers board walk beach.

The Northern part of  Bonita is located in Lee County.  A part of the Southwest section of Bonita is located in Collier County.  Tax basis in each county is different.

Real estate host a number of beautiful golf courses communities.  West of US 41 is  Bonita Bay   a 2,400 acre master planned community and Pelican Landing.  On the East of US 41  Highland Woods a US Homes equity golf club community.  Most new developments in offer single family homes and condominiums.   Spanish Wells  is a community were golfing membership is optional.  East of US 41 are several multi-million dollar luxury and estate home developments.  They are Mediterra, Talis Park and Quail West all have exclusive golf clubs and amenities.  As Bonita continues to grow to the east.  More affordable housing can be found in the Village Walk of Bonita, Palmira Golf and Country Club.

Bonita Beach offers a variety of beachfront and beach access  condominiums, luxury estate homes with Gulf or Bay views and beach access.  There are homes and condominiums which provide boating to the Gulf of Mexico. 

Bonita Bay properties include low and high-rise condominiums, single-family homes, on and off the water providing direct access for boaters to the Gulf of Mexico via Barefoot Beach front homes and homes located on the Imperial River.
