Naples Florida offers many accessible and beautiful beaches to the public. 

North Naples beaches are Vanderbilt Beach and Delanor Wiggins Park. North Naples real estate communities like  Pelican Bay, Bay Colony and the newest addition Aqua at Pelican Isle have private beach clubs.  Naples Park is a resort neighborhood.  Naples Park is West of US 41 and gives owners quick access to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Park.  Naples Park is the last area West of US 41 in Naples where single family homes can still be purchased under  $500,000.   North Naples is Naples hotspot for real estate investors, builders, retirees,  first time and second home owners.  On the East side of US 41 across from the Naples Park neighborhood is The Mercato where luxury newer condominiums are available at The Strada  located within this thriving dining, boutique shopping and entertainment district.  Just North of The Mercato located off US 41 is Pelican Marsh an established condominium and single family home community.  Mature landscaping and trails enhance this premier North Naples golf course community where memberships are optional to the homeowners.  North Naples also boast of having the Philharmonic Center for the Arts,  Naples Museum and upscale shopping at the Waterside Shops.  The Mercato area close to Vanderbuilt Beach gives the Olde Naples 5th Avenue South area and Venetian Village strong competition.

Naples central public beach access is Loudermilk Park and at the end of Parkshore Drive.  Private beach access is offered to Naples real estate owners in the Moorings. And  Park Shore near Venetian Village.  The Village, as it is known to locals, offers another premier dining, shopping and entertainment area.

Olde Naples, offers downtown public beach access at the 12 Avenue South Pier. There is also off street parking for beach access. The affluent homeowners of Port Royal real estate may enjoy the private Beach Club of Port Royal located on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. 

There are many new developments with luxury housing in North Naples and East Naples, as well as other parts of Southwest Florida.  Buyer beware there maybe too many new golfing communities in Southwest Florida developing at the same time.  Some may build out much slower than others.   New homes and condominiums are expense.    As the resale inventory is declining in established golfing communities the price of new construction is increasing.

Naples real estate boast of dozens of established golf course communities:  Grey Oaks, Pelican Marsh, Kensington, The Strand, Vineyards, Twin Eagles and the Ritz Carlton Tiburon Community just to name a few.    Naples host two Ritz Carlton Hotels, one on Vanderbilt Beach and one with a championship golf course at The Tiburon.  Naples real estate golf course properties may or may not require golfing membership.  As a bonus, many courses offer reciprocal programs with other local courses between April and October.  Naples like all of Southwest Florida is truly a golfers heaven!
